Since 2016, Alessio Greguoldo has introduced an innovative oyster farming system called "Solar Tide" in Italy, developed in collaboration with Florent Tarbouriech, the creator of this method. This process utilizes machinery and winches controlled remotely and powered exclusively by renewable energies such as photovoltaic and wind power.
