PAPIRØEN

  • Photographer
    SELINA BRESSAN

In Copenaghen there is an artificial island that changed during the time, Christiansholm. For almost 300 years it housed a series of important functions for the city: from shipyard, to military hospital, to arsenal, to warehouses for coal and paper. Most Copenhageners remember the paper warehouses and it is these that have provided Christiansholm with its name today: THE PAPER ISLAND. The housing is designed by award winning architecture studio Cobe and is inspired by the warehouses and tall gables of Christianshavn.

I'm a person who "takes pictures" like millions of people in the world with passion and love. I started for fun by participating in a contest of a photography magazine on 2012. My photo was published in the magazine two months later and this gave me the impetus to seriously venture into this hobby. I've grown and improved but I'm always a student! My photographic genre is oriented towards architectural photography, especially modern and minimal. But I'm polierdic!
