A freshly sharpened pencil rests on a dark textured surface. The shavings unfold in concentric curves, resembling the delicate form of a flower. The image captures a small moment of transformation—where a common object briefly takes on an unexpected structure through simple use.
I’m a South Korea–based photographer drawn to stillness, structure, and the subtle rhythms of everyday spaces. With a background in science and surgery, I tend to see the world through a lens of precision—yet I seek poetry in shadow, repetition, and silence. I mostly shoot with Leica gear, exploring themes of minimalism and abstraction in the urban and architectural details around me.
