The Firefighter Challenge, described by ESPN as “the toughest two minutes in sports,” is the most iconic and representative firefighter competition. Firefighters, dressed in full firefighting gear, complete five consecutive rescue tasks, showcasing the results of their rigorous physical training and rescue skills. Each year, elite firefighters from around the world gather at the Firefighter Challenge to compete for the coveted championship ring. Through a series of intense challenges, they prove themselves as having endured a trial by fire — the strongest firefighters in the world.
I started my photography journey at 17, evolving it from a passion to my profession. Initially drawn to dragon boat sports as a photojournalist, I focused on capturing rowers' expressions during races.
