This project began with my own bodily experiences—moments when the body halted before the mind was ready. I photograph bodies in suspension: gathering, swaying, pausing before action. I'm drawn to both lived and fictional bodies—those shaped by commerce, aestheticized, detached from labor. What does the body do when it's no longer working, obeying, or surviving? In spaces freed from economic pressure, I observe how the body presents itself, revealing tensions between flesh and mind, discipline and freedom.
