The lion that guards the Pest side of the Chain Bridge looks on as the tourist checks his phone. If only they could talk to each other.
Heather C. Markham-Creasman’s interest in photography began in childhood and was honed at Texas A&M University. She used a b/w darkroom setup for more than twenty years, clinging to it like it was a life preserver. She began using a power wheelchair in 2008 as a progressive neuromuscular disorder began taking away her strength, which necessitated that she transition to using a digital camera full time. She found that the wheelchair doubled as an amazingly steady surface to photograph from. Still an avid traveler and photographer, she believes in making waves for good wherever she goes.
