The "THREAD" is a photographic series that reflects the relationship of interaction and interdependence between the daughter and her mother. This body of work emerged from my inner need to negotiate and capture with images their mental symbiosis. I focused on the conceptual framework contained in the continuous nurturing of the maternal relationship and its transformation over time, as well as on the set of emotions that emerge or are repressed throughout the course of their interconnection.
I have been studying the art of photography for the last few years and in my free time I like to take photos and express myself through. I am member of Hellenic Photographic Society and official member of Moments Collective. I have attendend many photography seminars and participated in several group photography excibitions in Greece, Cyprus and China. I am holding a master degree in Agriculture Science. I like travelling, reading books and listening to music. I live in Greece and I am a mother of three children.
