Slaughter has existed as long as man has existed and is carried out with procedures that depend on the territories, traditions, culture. I have already gone to take photographs at various types of slaughterhouses, from artisanal to industrial, in Mexico, Argentina and Italy. The goal is not to denounce or make judgments, but to show what is usually hidden, including the palpable presence of death and the silence of the operators who move like robots. It is an experience that involves almost all our senses, is invasive and also forces us to reflect on aspects relating to our own existence.

Lives in Umbria,Italy. Engineer. His main interest has been B/W reportage. He coauthored, with the RAI journalist Luca Cardinalini, the book “STTL La terra ti sia lieve”. With L. Loretoni, he published in 2008 “Miserere”, in 2011 “Gubbio, I Ceri” and in 2014 “Kovilj”, also in 2014 he has published "Boxing Notes". In 2019 “Jazz Notes”,in 2020 he published “Vita e Morte - Rapsodia Messicana” and in 2021 “Passion for Sport”;in 2023 "In and out of the ring"and "Metropolitan Fragments",in 2025 RAW. He has been awarded or has been a finalist in many national and international competitions.
