In folk belief, the Third Prince is the god who protects children. It is believed that if a child is adopted by the Third Prince as a child, he or she will grow up safely. Puppetry is an early childhood entertainment and a memory of growth. The Paper Windmill Theater performs for children in every corner of Taiwan, resembling the Third Prince "stepping on wind and fire wheels", and is welcomed by children all over the country. Through performances, parents and children are exposed to traditional art and have fun together, which has become a special Children's Day memory.
