“Heart Torn Red” captures a Soho street door layered with pasted images of longing, resistance, and desire. I used light, color, and composition to preserve the raw emotion of what was there, while introducing a sense of motion and assembly — a kind of urban collage that contemplates what we hold onto, and what we let go.
