Photography exists as a "perpetrator" and as a "victim" being criticized. There is a relative contradiction between recording and non-recording. It has also made certain situations worse, such as bullying, sexual assault and other cases that have occurred in the past. For example, in the criminal case of the 1980s - the Rainy Night Butcher's Dismemberment Case, photography and video were also used to preserve personal special habits and collect bloody alternative creations... etc.
