I love birds and animals and all of Nature. My art is about disappearing animals in Africa. Their strange beauty and presence enchant me. With a converted infrared camera, I strive to capture the essence of each animal in black-and-white images that will stand the test of time while nurturing patrons’ love of art. I want to create images that will make the viewer stop, consider, and take action.The reality is that time is running out for these creatures. Artist’s portion of sale proceeds will go to the Scorpion Anti-Poaching Unit ( SAPU ) in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe.
