Healing The Heartbreak

My five-year-old son accidentally broke his favorite bowl. Experiencing feelings of sadness, regret, and guilt, the child described that his heart was broken. To heal his little heart, I turned to photography, preserving the memory of the thing my son loved and helping him let go of what happened. We cannot go back to the past and change or fix anything, but we can heal each other in the ways we know how: with our support and actions.
