In the work "Almost Borsch", I use traditional borsch ingredients and arrange them in an unusual way. In this way, I create a visual metaphor for Ukrainian identity, which is, on the one hand, deeply rooted in tradition, and on the other hand, is constantly evolving and seeking new forms. The work is not just a depiction of a traditional dish, but also an exploration of its essence and meaning.
