Almost everybody knows or at least have heard about how computer chips are omnipresent in our lives. How absolutely vital, with their pros and cons, are in our everyday existence. But what is far less understood is the amazing consolidation of scientific progress for their production. For these tiny integrated circuits to exist, an absolute culmination of scientific achievement in all major sciences, mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering -among others- is needed. Then, on the motherboard which holds all crucial components and allows communication between them, they perform their magic.
Alex, is a passionate self-educated amateur, fascinated by the power of images. Above all, he is intrigued by the spontaneity of the moment, where perception and emotions combine. He believes in perpetual learning and self development. For many years due to family and professional reasons his long term interest for photography took the backseat.
