Lake Powell (Arizona, USA) was once a popular destination for boaters and water sports enthusiasts, attracting millions of visitors each year. However, beginning in the late 1980s, its water levels began to drop significantly as states tapped more of the Colorado River's resources, coupled with the impact of droughts induced by climate change. The lake's surface area has already diminished by nearly two-thirds. The pressing question now is: How much longer can we expect this stunning location to endure?
