As soon as the Christmas markets open, I'll be there with my camera. Christmas markets are perfect for telling the beautiful stories of this time in pictures. This photo series shows the preparation of a traditional German cake 'Baumkuchen'. It is baked on a stick, layer by layer, as it is turned.
