This photo was taken in Assisi, Italy. Though a tight squeeze when many tourist shoppers are present,I managed to get this early morning photo showing the interesting architecture and Italian construction with plants, and and some sunlight on the beautiful stone and wood.
My professional background is in university administration. I am an amateur photographer whose interests are primarily in abstract and experimental, modern art photography. I also enjoy more traditional travel-related photography focused mainly in the areas of architecture, nature and landscapes. Some of my early photography accompanied the pages of an online literary magazine. In addition, I am the author of two published mystery novels for which I designed the cover art.
