When taking this photo, I was thinking about women, their historical fight for rights and social and professional equality. Although the fight for women's rights began in the 17th century, there are still areas of life where these rights are not respected. When we realize what women did not have access to not so long ago, it is hard to believe. And although we, women, have already won so much for ourselves, and the law has made us equal to men, we still cannot always decide about ourselves.
My name is Joanna Peciak. Photography is my passion. Something inseparable, always with me. Gives me a lot of joy. It is a stepping stone from everyday life.
