"Taste takes centre stage and the product is the star". This is the credo of most (top) chefs. FOOD-iD is my attempt to deal with this guiding principle from the perspective and with the means of a photographer. The minimalist structure is intended to place the product and its value at the centre and, in the best case, lead to a more conscious and sustainable approach to food. The taste is not visible, so I focus on the colours and textures that give each product its own identity. The set is designed to support or accompany colours and textures in a converging or contrasting way.
