The inspiration for this project arose from my regular practice of meditation. I have observed that various religious groups within the metaphysical realm share commonalities and unity in their theories concerning the fundamental elements of the world. In this art piece, I have devised a series of activities that merge the human body with its surroundings, including other individuals and organisms. By using cosmetics that reflect the fundamental circular structure of cells, I aim to highlight the interconnection evident in these activities and the shared visual forms between different species
Sharon Huang works aims to explore the relationship between compressed modernity, urbanisation, and individual survival states in the context of meritocracy in the East through diverse media and interdisciplinary expressions. Elements such as stress, change, family environment, and social dilemmas are integrated into my creative projects.Sharon observes the behaviour of urban crowds and myself, conduct on-site investigation of the relevant urban scenery and environment, and extract specific elements of expression.
