These are a row of bridges staircase up to the public housing estate in Hong Kong. It consists of a fleet of 168 steps in total. In Chinese it call "winning all the way". The 168 steps are nicely divided to 4 rows of bridge. When this photo was rotated clock wise and it will become a "W" (winning).
