Since March 2022, Ukrainian communities have been stagnated by the atrocities of Russian military invading the country. But Ukrainians were not vanquished. Instead, they rise.
However, Ukrainians face the pain with positiveness, bravery, resilience, persistence and love, conquering the scars of the never-ending war that has taken countless lives across the Eastern European country.
The 22-year-old Asian photographer showcases a different side of the war through photojournalism, including their way and attitude to carry on with lives.
25-year-old Daniel Ceng is an award-winning Asian photojournalist covering politics, social issues, war and more across the world, including Europe, Middle-East, Asia, and Southeast Asia.
Daniel, when he was 22, was one of the youngest photojournalists who entered Ukraine, where he documented the aftermath of the Russian invasion and its impacts on the Ukrainian livelihood.
He has been working with several international news agencies, including Anadolu Agency, EPA Image
, AFP, AP, ZUMA Press, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, and The Initium.
