Space has a non-exhaustive meaning. I utilised the architectural interiors spaces of shopping arcades and buildings to create this series. Interior spaces comprise of forms, lines, levels and colours. Using multiple exposures, I recreated these spaces to form surreal, abstract and pictorial visual rhythms. Each capture was responsive to the surrounding environment and had reflected my inner-self and imagination. As Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832), said "Architecture is frozen music". I anticipate that these photographic works will present frozen rhythms for my readers.
Graduated in HKU SPACE Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Photography in 2019. Presently exploring and developing in contemporary and fine art photography. Held the solo Space.Rhythm Photo Exhibition and Book Launch in April 2023.
