Dictatorship cannot arise in a developed society. The possibility of the emergence of a dictator directly depends on the mentality of the people. The Russian people, to our deepest regret, are mentally prone to submission. He most willingly submits to his princes/kings/general secretaries/presidents. The idea of the Russian people being chosen by God and the messianism of Russian culture are the basis for the formation of Russian patriotism and the main condition for uniting the people around the Dictator.
