Bedouin People

    Jeremy Lin

The Bedouin is an Arab who lived a nomadic life in the desert wilderness with the clan and tribe as the basic unit. "Bedouin" means "people who live in the desert" in Arabic. Living by water and grass is the most basic way of life for most of them, and they live in tents that can be moved at any time. Raising camels and sheep, hunting, and plundering are their common hobbies and occupations. On the eve of the emergence of Islam, the dominant social feature of Arabia was the nomadic life of the Bedouin. Camels are very important to the Bedouins, so the Bedouins call themselves "camel people".
