This series portrays the connection between a husband and a wife in their home - between Jen and Nick in Ballina in Ireland. In a single photo shoot, we captured the struggle, the competition, the dependence, the loneliness, the anger, the laughter, the pain, and the joy that is between them. In this black-and-white series by photographer Avia Gurman the sacred connection and journey in marriage is being expressed and cherished.
