Taken on a recent outing with my art mentor and therapist. I had initially visited the location with Richard and taken a handful of shots I was happy with at the time. On returning home, however, I changed my mind about these photos, and re-visited the place with him a few days later. Due to a problem my lens experiences when focussed at infinity (the mid to top left corner of the image becomes unacceptably soft) I used the camera in a portrait orientation for this photo. I decided to finish the editing process by using a mild lith effect, to lift the upper midtones and highlights.
