Traveling through Argentina by bicycle allows me to slowly discover this country and its traditions photographically. I had the opportunity to arrive in the village of Cholila on the day of «La Fiesta del Pueblo», which takes place once a year. It is a day when the customs of Patagonia are honored, when the villagers gather to celebrate with the «Asado», the famous grilled specialty. It is a day when proud «gauchos» compete in a traditional horse race and when local folklore dances are performed. This series depicts that local traditions still exist and are celebrated with pride.
