Very few Spaniards are awake before sunrise unless it is for work. Spanish bees, however, and buzzing and busy at this time and especially in the Lavender fields of Brihuega, España. Photography is a funny thing. When I left this sunrise I was convinced that my images were destined for immediate deletion because I just didn't feel the vibe. Then a few days go by and I open them up in lightroom and start cropping and - BAM! - an amazing image like this appears. Looking back on it, I really enjoyed my Sunrise with the Bees.
When Max was 15 years old he discovered his love of photography. Life moved forward and he always knew deep down inside that when there was more time (and more money) he would dive back into it. Fast forward...during the Spring of 2020 in Redmond, Washington, USA he saw some Bald Eagles in a tree at the condo complex next door and he rediscovered his love of photography. Shortly thereafter in November 2020, Max picked up all his toys and permanently relocated to Valencia, España where he nurtures his artistic side as a full-time Travel, Landscape and Wildlife photographer.
