At 3:39 in the morning, the newspaper hawker marks and sorts newspapers for delivery by motorcycle. People are either sleeping or playing in nightclubs at this time, which makes the neon light and shadow in the picture highlight the newspaper hawker's life style. Although the circulation of newspapers in Taiwan has plummeted, he still works hard to grab the hours before dawn in the dark for the minority who like newspaper culture, he wants newspapers to be delivered before customers have breakfast.
