By focusing on volumes and light effects, I tried to show the viewer the shape, color, and texture of this beautiful architectural building. This building has complex structures, but using the night light, I tried to find dominant lines in those structures, which will lead to an harmonious composition and recreate the suggestion of volume and depth.
Elli Asker is a multidisciplinary artist based in Stockholm, born and raised in Baku (former Soviet Union). Hold a bachelor's degree in political science. Without barriers in her creative research, she tries her hand at photography, collages, and various experiments. In her work, Elli investigates the relationship between experiences of PTSD healing, queer and immigrant identities.
