This composition envisions my ideal for the future city and at the same time it illustrates the cross-roads we are facing as a planet. The starting point is my series of photographs of ‘Trudo Vertical Forest’ in Eindhoven (NL), a residential tower by architect Stefano Boeri. I love its intense balcony rhythm combined with a great number of trees all over its four facades. More importantly it is also an example of sustainability and it is social housing, so it is not for the rich and famous.? I separately photographed four corners of the tower and put them together into an X-shaped junction.
