Indemnity Expiration Date: (i) the date on which the particular representations and warranties of an Indemnifying Party expire as set forth in Section 10.8 hereof; or (ii) with respect to covenants and agreements to be performed hereunder, the date on which the statute of limitations runs with respect thereto. Particular representations and warranties of an Indemnifying Party: agreement of a period of time (but not exclusively) which can contain the following sequences: i. speed of age, ii. genotypic appearance, iii. human social, psychological and emotional interactions, iv. life and death.
