The photographic series "In touch with your senses" is a collection of photographs with the theme of dance and the fusion of two bodies at the level of the human senses. For this project, unique masks and structures made of wires, beads and other materials were created to enhance and embody the touch of the senses, as well as a special transparent, backlit stage that allowed the dancers to be placed as if outside the space, so it is not clear if they are standing, lying or floating in the air.
Tomas Vrana is an internationally awarded photographer from Prague. Vrana studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and his work can be found in the collections of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague in addition to private collections. His work has been exhibited internationally both at group shows and solo exhibitions. Tomas Vrana’s photography always reflects a contradiction between order and disorder both in the physical world and a state of mind.
