Honorable Mention in People / Self-Portrait

This piece is a self-portrait. One of my favorite painters is Bosch, an artist whose creativity and inner world have always caught my attention, especially the secondary scenes that take place in his paintings. This work is inspired by the concept of the Platonic body-soul dualism, a theme that Bosch brilliantly uses in his paintings.

Cristina Otero is a fine art, fashion and commercial photographer from Spain, her work specializes in self-portraiture. She discovered photography at the age of 13 and at 15 she had her first solo exhibition in Kir Royal Gallery (Valencia - 2011), becoming the youngest artist to ever exhibit individually in a gallery in Spain. She has worked for brands such as Broncolor, Pentax and Huawei. Her works are included in important collections in Germany, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Spain and Brazil.
