I was down by the Brooklyn Bridge Park at high noon so the light was very harsh. I noticed the way this man was on his phone and because of the light was hitting his hands it cast the rest of his from in shadow. I took the image on my Ricoh GRII in high contrast mode to achieve the effect in camera on this image. I did very little in post. Camera = (This image was taken with a) Ricoh GRII 18mm f2.8 Exposure data (shutter speed = 1/250 , aperture = f1.9, ISO =100 )
