I love sand dunes. Through abstraction - new perspective and new color scheme - I prevent quick recognition of the original subject. The brain is provoked to read the image anew and establish intimate personal understanding and feelings. Festive evening, everybody in a mask, glittering jewels, plenty of laughs, joyful music, sparkling wines ... And there I see Colombina, Arlecchino, Volto, ... everybody is here and dozens of affairs, stories and narratives are evolving .... Photography of sand dunes, creative processing.
Photographer Marek Boguszak lives in Prague. He received his first camera at the age of twelve when he started to experiment with photography. He was more interested in post-processing darkrooms and exploring exposures than playing with his schoolmates. His inspirations came from photographers like Josef Sudek, Ansel Adams, Alfred Stieglitz. After graduating in mathematics Marek worked as a sociologist and market researcher. Alongside, photography remained his passion. His major method is to explore the unknown, the unseen in photography, making his photos a natural abstraction.
