This image is part of a larger project started in 2012 called Life In A Somerset Landscape. The Matravers family are traditional English Thatchers who grow their own wheat for thatching the roofs of old Somerset country cottages and farms.

Riding and customising Italian Vespa & Lambretta scooters in the mid-1980s that's how in a weird set of events I became obsessed with and decided upon becoming a commercial photographer some 30 plus years ago. Over the years I think it's fair to say I've photographed most things from celebs to door knockers.
