With this book Graffiti has tried to bear witness not only to the emptiness of cities, to the deserted streets, to the measures and restrictions, but also to the anguish and worries of people shut in their homes, facing, for the first time in many years, the resulting deep economic crisis, in some cases in situations of distressing loneliness, in others in conditions of overcrowding with the difficulties consequent on living together. We have done this through the work of the thirty-three amateur and professional photographers, students of the Graffiti School of Photography.
In 2004 Graffiti took on the new, additional role of publishing house, producing high quality books on photography.
