Honorable Mention in Fine Art / Abstract

I wanted to do a work on the urban modernist archeology of Rome, a city whose ancient monuments are famous all over the world, but which in the suburbs hides buildings and artefacts, sometimes abandoned, such as former factories or lesser known architecture. Passing often in front of these buildings, they appeared to me as ghosts, which changed face with the changing of the light, throughout the day. Living ghosts that no one pays attention to anymore. I decided to treat this research in Polaroid, because in my opinion the instability of the old films lent themselves better to interpret it.

I am a Fine Art photographer. I started with three great masters of world photography: Franco Fontana, Larry Fink e Joan Fontcuberta.
