From the beginning of the year we began to hear about COVID-19 (coronavirus), although it sounded distant to us Europeans, it was Chinese, and it was not going to arrive. But I arrive and in small cities like Santander in the north of Spain, whose region in total reaches half a million inhabitants, we had to get used to a state of alarm since March 14 and to live with masks, safety distances, mandatory confinement quarantine. Our life has changed, we are close to 200 deaths from the virus and more than 25,000 patients have tested positive for the virus.
