This very personally project was inspired by my grandparents via my wife and somehow got channeled through the fantasy lens of all my X-girlfriends. The question I kept coming back to is.... "Who are you holding on to?"
I'm a portrait photographer based in Mumbai, India. My work has been seen in The Atlantic, UpWorthy, GQ India, Man's World, PDN, VQR, Huffington Post, CNN, Forbes, Platform, Verve, Worth, Asian Photography, Shubh Yatra, BuzzFeed, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal India, The Times of India, etc. + exhibited in galleries around the world. I was an adjunct professor of photography with the S.I. Newhouse School of Media and Communications (Syracuse University) and my first book "Living the Dream: The Life of the 'Bollywood' Actor" (HarperCollins) is on the shelves of most book stores.
