There is a small and quiet city like Mandalgobi at the entrance of the road to Gobi Desert of Mongolia. This city has amusement park like any other cities. But many people do not visit there, so this place is bleak and desolate like Gobi Desert. My eyes were turned towards the building which clumsily imitated the Magic Castle of Disneyland. Ironically, I had the distinct feeling that something more mysterious and magical than those of Disneyland was going to happen.
I am a Korean photographer and photo critic. I majored in fine art and photography in Hongik University, Korea and got a doctor’s degree in Art Plastic. I am the first doctor in photography in Korea and now teaching students in universities while working as photographer and photo critic. Furthermore, I have published many books and photo albums, for example 'Photo – Theory and Practice', 'A Guide to Photo Viewing', and 'Seoul by Night'.
