As is known, Gaia is personification of Earth. But the heroine of this photographic series is another Gaia, the goddess from a lost world or another planet. This series could be a reimagining of personified concepts of nature or a visual metaphor for the inner landscapes of individual human consciousness in the current era, with its inherent new dangers and fears, feelings of loneliness and confusion. These images were created using methods to taming the randomnesses and connection of points from disjoint spaces and times using double exposures on photographic film without software overlays.
