Made along the coastline of Málaga, Setting Sail is the result of slowing down and embracing stillness. I spent time observing the rhythm of the sea, waiting for a brief alignment between the passing sailboat and the birds overhead. The photograph speaks to my practice of patience. Finding quiet moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
