Thousands of people gather for a music festival, each creating a small space of their own. From above, these individual moments merge into a larger pattern, where blankets, people, and open space become a single visual composition. The photograph reveals how countless personal stories can quietly form one collective landscape.
South Korean photographer, drone pilot, and photojournalist. For over 16 years, I have documented the changing landscapes of Korea, while spending the past 11 years exploring perspectives made possible through drone photography. My work focuses on the relationship between nature, cities, and human presence, revealing familiar places from unexpected viewpoints. Through both aerial and ground-based photography, I seek to create visual records that preserve moments of light, landscape, and culture before they disappear.
