This series reframes a sunbather through Monet's Haystacks lens, transforming the human figure into a study of shifting Impressionist tones. Just as Monet elevated haystacks and water lilies within his unique visual framework, these photographs take the simple act of sunbathing and make it transcendent. The work captures quiet, unguarded moments of daily life, filtered through an artistic lens that reveals their inherent beauty, investing this mundane scene with the reverence and visual poetry Monet brought to ordinary subjects.
