"The Awakening" presents a series of photographs of a spectacular light phenomenon in the sky in the form of the northern lights. The photographs were taken during a trip to Norway to the island of Moskenesøya in the Lofoten archipelago.
I am a photographer living in a small spa town in Lower Silesia, Poland. I am a graduate of the Wroc?aw School of Photography. Currently I'm involved in portrait photography, landscape photography, and most of all minimalist photography. Minimalism has shown me a completely different world, thanks to which I have learned to perceive the reality around me in a completely different way. It has taught me humility, distance from myself and an incredible calmness and focus. When taking pictures, I try to tell a story in each one and ‘embed’ certain emotions and feelings in them.
