Shot at 1 AM during the white nights in Northern Norway, this self-portrait captures a quiet moment of reflection before departure. It was the final night of my journey. Everyone had already gone to sleep, but I stepped outside into the light drizzle to meet the mist. The wooden beams beneath my feet represent the many paths of life. The fog ahead stands for uncertainty, while the distant mountains echo the obstacles we all face. With a soft toy in hand — a subtle symbol of inner fragility — I stand between the known and the unknown, between memory and anticipation.
